Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into healthcare education is transforming the way medical professionals are trained. This paper explores the use of AI in vocational education for healthcare workers, focusing on intelligent tutoring systems, simulation-based learning, and personalized learning pathways. The study examines how AI can enhance clinical training by providing real-time feedback, improving diagnostic skills, and offering tailored learning experiences based on individual progress. The paper also discusses the ethical challenges of using AI in healthcare education, such as ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations and maintaining human oversight in decision-making processes.
